If the customer cancels before work starts, your credit is automatically refunded. If something else goes sideways — customer cancels after work starts, dispute, suspected off-platform contact — open a refund request and our team reviews it. Refunds go back to the same bucket the credit came from.
Posting a job and reviewing tradies is completely free for customers. The platform is paid for by tradie subscriptions — never by the homeowner.
