Are there any success fees or commissions?

No. You spend 1 Job Award Credit when a customer awards you the job — that's the only cost. We never take a cut of your invoice and there are no quote-bidding fees.

What happens to unused monthly credits?

Monthly credits reset on your subscription anniversary and don't roll over.

What happens when the beta ends?

You'll choose between Starter, Pro or Growth. We'll let you know in advance — no surprise migrations, no auto-charging. Your free beta plan simply stops granting new monthly credits, and any purchased credits you have stay in your account.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — cancel from your dashboard at any time, no phone calls. Your purchased credits stay in your account and remain spendable on future jobs even after cancellation.

What if a job goes wrong after I'm awarded it?

If the customer cancels before work starts, your credit is automatically refunded. If something else goes sideways — customer cancels after work starts, dispute, suspected off-platform contact — open a refund request and our team reviews it. Refunds go back to the same bucket the credit came from.

Do customers pay anything?

Posting a job and reviewing tradies is completely free for customers. The platform is paid for by tradie subscriptions — never by the homeowner.
